Hallowe'en photos! Yay!
Nov. 1st, 2006 02:03 pmFor anyone who didn't already know, I went as the Triple Goddess, with specific indicators of the Fates, the Graces, the Graiae (look closely at the earrings), and the moon. The Kindly Ones would've been cool to include, but I did not have time to make a whip out of scorpions. We tried to refer to refer to ourselves in the plural all day but it's harder than you'd think.
It may not be too clear in the photos, but I made my face up so one side (the viewer's right) was clear and rosy-cheeked and the other side was all eyeliner-drawn wrinkles.
My cloak photographs awfully blue, but it's purple, I swear.

I made Clotho's spindle myself. Huge thanks to Lizza for showing me where to find myrtle for the Graces.

The Ladies Contemplating the Moon (or: "Why the Hell Would Anyone Découpage a Hamsterball?")

We accompanied Jake to a small anime club party (and brought
shaktool with us, in turn). We told 'em we would not manifest as the Norns until they learnt to get Verðandi's name right.
